When you bring AI and automation into a business, the first question should be what happens to your data. Here's how we work:
Systems, data and automations are built in accounts you own. You stay in control and can revoke any access at any time.
Each tool gets access only to what it needs to work. At the end of a project we review permissions together and remove anything no longer needed.
We use the business tiers and APIs of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. Under the providers' policies, data sent through them isn't used to train their models by default.
We agree upfront which data may be sent to AI tools. Sensitive details like ID numbers, card details or medical information stay out of the process.
Each automation moves and stores only the fields it actually needs. Less data moving between systems means less risk.
At the end of every project you get a document explaining what's connected to what, which data goes where, and how to disconnect each part.
Big agencies sell packages. We build one solution, yours, and stay reachable.
Small and medium businesses are my passion. Nothing makes me happier than working with them and helping them grow.
More than a decade of leading products, at startups and at large companies like NICE. Over the past decade I've specialized mainly in FinTech companies. I've worked with dozens of customers, defined what gets built and why, and led development teams from idea to a product that works in the field.
My background is technical: a B.Sc. in Computer Science and years of software development. It lets me connect the business need to the technical solution, and know what can be built, what it will take and how to do it right. AI and automation tools are part of my everyday work.
In recent years my focus has been small and medium businesses. I founded EraNext to bring them the way product managers work: start from the problem, build a small solution that works, and improve it based on what happens in the field.
Everything you might want to ask before getting started. Anything else, ask us on the discovery call.
You can, and we even run training on exactly that. But learning the tools is the easy part. The hard part is knowing which process is worth automating, connecting the systems you already use, handling edge cases and maintaining it over time. The real question is where your time is worth more: on trial and error, or on running and growing your business.
Leave your details and we'll get back to you to schedule your call.
